Information you give us
When you request a repair through our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, the type of appliance, and a description of the issue. When you book a visit we may also collect your service address and preferred appointment time. When you call or email us, we collect the information you choose to share so we can respond and schedule your repair.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain technical information automatically, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Advertising, cookies, and call tracking
We use Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag, gtag.js) to understand whether our advertising works. Google sets cookies in your browser to measure actions such as visiting our site from an ad or calling us.
If you reach our site from a Google ad, the phone number displayed may be a Google forwarding number that connects you to our regular business line. When you call it, Google reports call details to us — such as the call's date, time, duration, and the caller's area code — so we can measure which ads lead to calls. Your call is not recorded by this feature.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and how people find us. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.

We keep repair-request details for as long as needed to provide service, honor our 90-day repair warranty, and meet bookkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted.

Children
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging household repairs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
