These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alexappliancepro.com and the residential appliance repair services provided by Alex Appliance Pro LLC ("we", "us", or "our") in the greater Houston, TX area. By using our website or booking a repair, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We repair household appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, and dryers. Information on our website — including typical issues, timelines, and pricing indications — is general guidance, not a binding quote. Every repair depends on the actual condition of your appliance.
Booking and estimates
Submitting the booking form or calling us is a request for service; an appointment is confirmed once we contact you and agree on a time. Before any chargeable work begins, our technician will diagnose the problem and give you a price. Any service-call or diagnostic fee is disclosed up front. You are free to decline the repair after the diagnosis.
Pricing and payment
The final price is based on the diagnosis, parts, and labor agreed with you before work starts. Payment is due when the repair is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
90-day warranty
Completed repairs are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor: if the same fault recurs within 90 days of the repair, we will fix it at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, power surges, water or pest damage, alterations by others, or normal wear of components we did not service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Plans change — if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as early as you can by phone at (346) 353-1644.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and a reachable phone number;
- Ensure safe access to the appliance at the agreed time;
- Tell us about known hazards (electrical issues, leaks, pests) before the visit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising out of a repair or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food or lost time, except where caused by our negligence and not excludable by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Alex Appliance Repair Pro LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
